CT shows a soft tissue mass arising from the mediastinum, which compresses and infiltrates the right atrium, later confirmed as small cell lung carcinoma. Pancreas is enlarged with several lesions of lower density due to infiltration by the carcinoma. After chemotheraphy, the mediastinal mass diminished and so dit pancreatic metastases. However, a large fluid walled-off collection between the pancreas and stomach formed.
