Splenomegally, lymphoma

CASE

CT shows a gigantic spleen that extends into the pelvis. It is larger that the liver, and its estimated side would therefore be above 2kg. The spleen in this patients has homogeneous structure. However, splenic infarcts and rupture are common in such patients.
