Suppository in the rectum on CT

CASE

CT shows a hyperdense tubular structure in the rectum with central hypodensity that represents a suppository - this image may be baffling because the suppository is somewhat molten and therefore it is longer than expected. There is also an aneurysm of the abdominal aorta.
