Thymoma, compression of the brachiocephalic vein, collateral flow

CASE

CT shows a soft-tissue mass in the anterior mediastinum that causes compression of the left brachiocephalic vein. The contrast that was injected to the left arm opacifies collateral flow in the left chest.
