Tumour of thorax wall

CASE

Gigantic tumorous expansion of the left thoracic wall with osteolytic changes of involved ribs in a patient with malignant melanoma. The tumour compresses and encroaches left pleural cavity which also contains pleural fluid, left lung wing is partly compressed.
