Uretherolithiasis in pyeloureteral junction, PUJ, hydronephrosis

CASE

CT shows that the left kidney enhances less than the right one, it has dilated pelvis and calyces with blurry contours and stranding of adjacent fat. Uretheric stone as a cause can be seen in the pyelouretheral junction.
