Uterus, mimics a presacrall mass, extirpation of anus

CASE

A patient, who previously underwent extirpation of anus, had a follow-up CT. It revealed a presacral mass. However, on sagittal reformattions, it is obvious that this is otherwise normal appearing uterus dislocated posteriorly.
